• Information gathering from manufacturers on best practices, both through documentation and direct contact
• Experience in interviewing and collaborating with operators and technicians to arrive at implementable solutions
• Development of troubleshooting documentation
• Deep understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance programs

 

Continuous Improvement Project Management

• Deep knowledge of the DMAIC process
• Feedback management during field testing and after rollout
• Experience from previous completed project

 

Data Management and Analysis

• Key Performance Indicator creation and tracking
• Decision making based off statistical analysis
• Deep understanding of what data can be used for and what story it has the ability to tell
